At VFM we use Sage Pay to process your credit/debit card transactions.
We do not store any card information on our site.
We do not ask you to input your card information on our site.
All payment information is handled and processed by Sage Pay, the UK's leading and most secure payment gateway provider.

All transaction information passed between our site and Sage Pay’s systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates.
No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted.

You can be completely assured that nothing we pass to Sage Pay’s servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.
Sage pay is audited annually under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) and is a fully approved Level 1 payment services provider, which is the highest level of compliance.




In the unlikely event of fraudulent or unauthorised use of your credit card, you must notify your card issuer and VFM as soon as you become aware of the unauthorised use of your card.


We can also accept payment by Cheque, Bank Transfer, Postal order or Paypal.
