DELIVERY AND PAYMENT DETAILS

If your delivery arrives damaged and appears to have been caused whilst in transit, please sign as "BOX DAMAGED" in the notes section of the drivers signature area.

Our Couriers & Delivery Times

We aim to despatch all sales as soon as possible for your convenience (within 48hours at the latest). However, we sometimes sell out of items. In this rare occurance, we will contact you.

We send larger items via Parcelforce, smaller items by Royal Mail recorded delivery. We can offer a Saturday delivery but there will be an additional charge, please call us on 0844 822 5785 to discuss this.

Standard delivery times are 24hrs or 48hrs to mainland UK. Deliveries to Northern Ireland & Highland areas of Scotland may take up to 72hrs. All delivery times stated are working days.

We send tracking details, for items sent by Parcelforce, to the email address supplied at the time of payment. For items sent via Royal Mail please call us on 0844 822 5785, or email us at sales@vfmalarms.co.uk

Parcelforce will try a maximum of 2 times to deliver, if no delivery can be made they will leave contact details explaining how you can receive your parcel. After 7 days Parcelforce will return the delivery to us. Unfortunately we are charged for this and will need payment from the customer for re-delivery charges before we can despatch the goods.

All our other items are sent out via Royal Mail, either Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery, depending on instruction by the buyer when they complete the checkout.

All deliveries will need to be signed for. Please note if you would like to provide an alternative address for delivery, please inform us as soon as possible either by email or call us on 0844 822 5785.

Carriage Paid order values do not include any free delivery items.

Depending on weight and size these are how your order will be sent to you.

Orders Under 2Kg in weight

These are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, and you can request the Royal mail tracking number from us at any time.

Orders over 2Kg in weight

These are sent via Parcelforce and a tracking number is automatically emailed to you at time of despatch so you can track your order online.
